On January 9th, this little guy turned six. I can't believe what a big boy Tyler is getting to be. Right now, Tyler is big into dinosaurs. He is loving school and is doing very well. He loves to play with Anna and she definitely loves him to play with her. He'll chase her around and she will just laugh. It's so cute. Tyler is a very caring and thoughtful little boy. He is very sweet. We had a birthday party for him at our house and he was so excited.

Ty was so excited for his birthday cake. It wasn't fancy at all, BUT, Ty got to put the blue sprinkles on it all by himself and he was very proud.

On February 1st, ten years ago, James asked me to be his eternal companion. Let me tell you the story about these roses. I was having a really bad day, just feeling a little down and the door bell rang. When I answered the door it was a lady with a bouquet of roses and she said they were for me. I was kind of shocked. And when I read the card it seriously made me feel so good that James remembered when he proposed. Ten Years ago! That's crazy to me. In May we will be celebrating our tenth anniversary. And it seriously only gets better and better. I am truly so blessed to have such a loving husband. He is my best friend.

Here are a few pictures James took of the kiddos just for fun. I think they turned out pretty cute.

On Valentines Day, me and the kids made sugar cookies. They had so much fun. They got to frost their very own cookies and added their favorite colored sprinkles. It was so fun to do that together and I love making memories like these with my children. Anna enjoyed helping by taste testing the cookies. She loved them of course!

This is what we do on cold winter days at our house. Looks like fun!!

Anna wasn't so sure of the bubbles. They kind of freaked her out.
